Our Story
We’ve Been Building and Renovating Spacings Since 1989
Schambach Construcion incorporated in 1989 after many years of a friendly and sucessful partnership with Schambach and Kellenberger Construction Inc. In those years custom homes were on the rise and dominating line of work for us was in custom home building. Custom home building is enjoyable and rewarding, especially as those who have custom homes built are concidering their new “house” their new “home” from the very beginning of the project. This requires professionalism and integrity in relationship and performance throughout the whole design and building process. This is similar to the way in which a remodeling project is addressed. In remodeling the home in which the work is being performed is not a house becoming a home but is already “Home” and is to be handled as such. Because of this, we are aware of the neseccary care and are equipt to perform with due respect for our client and for their “Home”. As well as building new homes and remodeling or adding onto existing homes, we have remodeled many commercial and industrial spaces as well.
